This simulator consists of three breast models that are placed on the base and this simulator is designed to practice the skills of clinical palpatory examination. The first model of the breast includes three neoplasms of different shapes and densities that imitates the malignant growth of the tumor at different stages. On the surface of this model, you can see the symptom of “lemon peel”. The second mammary gland contains a simulated benign neoplasm with smooth edges, with a diameter of 10 mm. The third mammary gland does not contain pathological changes and displays a variant of the normal structure of the organ.
The material of the simulator in its physical properties is as close as possible to the natural values.
The simulator is intended for use by students and cadets of universities and medical colleges in the course of accreditation.
